Chuck Abro, Owner (Center)

Charles K. Abro is one of the principle founders and owners of Yankee Technology, Inc. Beginning his career in the Control Industry after Graduating from the University of California at Northridge in 1981, Charles and Co-founder Donald Gibb (deceased) have been actively participating in all aspects of the Company, facilitating the growth of Yankee Technology to be a leading Control Contractor in New England.

Paul McWhinnie, President (Far Right)

Paul joined Yankee Technology in March of 2005 and is the President of Yankee Technology. He has close to 20 years of professional experience in the building automation industry, including 13 years in either a management or executive role with companies such as Siemens and Schneider Electric. Over his five years with Yankee Technology, the company has grown 275% and has become a market leader in the Building Automation Industry in Massachusetts. Paul is responsible for running the day to day business affairs of Yankee Technology as well as developing and implementing the vision and business planning necessary to generate future growth for the company.

Paul holds an M.B.A. from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts (N. Dartmouth).

Steve Testa, Vice President of Sales (Far Left)

Steve came on board with Yankee Technology in Jan of 2005 and has sales and sales management responsibilities.  His prior work experience was with Johnson Controls for almost 20 years.   He brings a unique value to Yankee Tech because he has worked in same geographical area for 25 years and has many long lasting relationships with various clients in the region.

Steve holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and he holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Hartford.  He is a member of APPA/ERAPPA and a member of AEE.
